The leader of a secret Earth protection team, Alastair (portrayed by Norris), recruits talented newcomer Jim (played by Ting) to join a mission organized by experienced Colonel Green (acted by Singer) and his well-trained soldiers to investigate a strange energy anomaly at a facility in New Mexico believed to be testing alien technology.
